About SIXA

Behind SIXA is Watrium AS, whose goal is to develop exceptional properties in Bjørvika – for tenants, employees and visitors. Together with our partners, we will transform Dronning Eufemias gate 6A into Bjørvika's destination for food, meetings and events.

With us you can dine at the critically acclaimed Restaurant CRU, have your morning coffee or enjoy freshly baked French pastries from Mendel's. You can taste world cuisine at SEVEN, take home floral art from Paris' oldest flower shop L'Arrosoir or hold a conference or event in premium premises at SIXA Conference - with quality in every detail.

Our building

Designed by Niels Torp + Arkitekter, SIXA is designed as a clear and solid cube, where various cutouts and openings provide contact with the interior. In contrast to the building's strict, urban exterior, the interior is designed with oval lines. The south-facing, free-standing building body is highlighted as a pavilion building lifted on high columns, and the materialities are characterized by metal, glass and warm limestone.

The building underwent a 1 billion kroner renovation project between July 2023 and April 2025. The renovation was driven by the remarkable transformation of the Bjørvika area since the building's completion in 2003, when access was primarily limited to those who worked within its walls. In line with Bjørvika's transformation into a spearhead of forward-thinking and generous urban living, Watrium will open the building to visitors with an open city floor, event spaces and a rooftop terrace with views of Oslo.
