Behind these delightful creations is Younes El-Khomri, a pastry chef with international experience and a passion for crafting unforgettable taste experiences.
Younes moved from Morocco to Paris at the age of 10 and fell in love with French cuisine, which led him to culinary school and later to jobs in The Royal Navy and Harrods in England. A colder climate brought him to Norway, where he has had great success with Mendel's, a place for precious moments, driven by his passion for people and sweets.

Having refined his skills in restaurants across the USA, Australia and London, Erik brought his knowledge of both food and service to Norway.
